- 1 cup coffee, cold

- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk

- 2-3 tbsp caramel syrup

- 3 cups ice

- 1 Salted caramel Think! Protein bar

- Whipped cream (Optional)


Blend your coffee, milk, and ice together until you have small chunks of ice remaining in your drink. Add more caramel syrup if you want a stronger taste.

Cut your salted caramel bar into small pieces.

Add some pieces to the bottom of a cup and pour coffee into it

Top your coffee with some more protein pieces, then add your whipped cream swirl. Top with the remaining protein bar, add some caramel drizzle, and enjoy!
