Lemon Poppy Seed Protein Bars

Want to whip up a yummy and easy protein snack? 7-ingredient lemon poppyseed bites are the key. (Made extra special with our think! High Protein Lemon Delight bars!)

Macros for 1 bar: Calories: 350 Protein: 13g Net Carbs: 11g Fat: 21g


- 1.5 cup Coconut Flour
- 1/4 cup Poppy Seeds or Chia Seeds*
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Butter* or other nut butter
- 1/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk* or milk of choice


Cut Think! Protein Bar into 8-10 pieces.
Whisk together flour and poppy or chia seeds.
Mix in oil, syrup, nut butter and milk until dough batter forms.
Scoop out 2 tbsp at a time.
Place 2 pieces of protein bar into the 2 tbsp of batter.
Roll into a ball.
Continue until all batter is used!

Store in fridge or freezer.
