"I recently discovered the thinkOrganic Chocolate Coconut bars while traveling out of town - I was attracted to the hip-looking blue wrapper, and thought I'd give this "new" bar a chance. I had really been turned off by many protein bars on the market, but this one was AWESOME! I've since searched out a number of your other flavors (some of the chocolate ones, the crunchy peanut butter, and the cashew-pecan are faves), and have enjoyed them all. I especially like the organic & natural ingredient approach without a lot of "filler" ingredients. As someone who's sugar, wheat, and soy sensitive, these are right up my alley. "I picked up some thinkOrganic apricot coconut bars at Whole Foods (San Francisco) yesterday. Nice packaging. It's understated which makes it stand out because the design is rather soothing. The bar itself tastes substantial and no odd aftertaste, unlike Raw Organic food bars (which I get all the time). Haven't tried the other flavors yet. I just wish the bars were bigger. Other than that, A+..."

"Think Organic! Cashew Pecan 100% Organic Fruit and Nut Snack Bar. $1.89 per 1.76-ounce bar at Kroger on Mendenhall. Three ingredients: Organic dates, organic raw cashews, organic raw pecans. Per bar: 200 calories, 10 g fat (2 grams saturated), no cholesterol, no sodium, 340 mg potassium, 27 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 20 g sugar, 4 g protein. I'm generally not a fan of nutrition or energy bars, but I'll be stocking my desk drawer with these for that afternoon pick-me-up I find I need some days. The fact is, it just tastes great and with the sugar provided by the dates, this is a convenient source of quick energy. This comes in a few other varieties but this one is my favorite."

"I found your Thinkorganic! products in a stand-alone floor display at Ellwood Thompson's Natural Market in Richmond Virginia.  Unlike most poorly informed and self delusional consumers, the first thing I look at is the list of ingredients.  The self delusional sort will kid themselves into believing this or that product is good because it is low in fat or some other complete nonsense.  I'm happy to say your list of ingredients is EXACTLY how an ingredient list should read:  short with no garbage.  Just TOP QUALITY ingredients.  So you passed the first test.  I bought all 4 varieties and really liked them all.  You passed the second test.  I told my family to try your products.  You passed the third test.  You keep producing TOP QUALITY products = I'm a customer for life.  Nearly all companies try to insult the consumer with crappy or questionable ingredients, and apparently there are enough stupid people in this world to keep them in business.  THANKS for having the integrity to do something different, for doing it RIGHT!  I vote with my money, and again, as long as you continue to stay on this path
