We created our think5™ bar by starting with 3 cups of vegetables and 2 cups of fruit and slowly drying them to capture all of the delicious goodness of nutrition on-the-go. Our 3 cups of vegetables contain 1 cup spinach, 1 cup watercress and 1 cup of our special vegetable blend including broccoli, spirulina, parsley, carrots, and beets. Proven studies show that these vegetables contain powerful phytonutrients and phytochemicals that support health and well-being. Our 2 cups of fruit contain flavonoids which function as powerful antioxidants. We've also added flax seeds, a key source of omega 3 fatty acids, which studies indicate support healthy cholesterol levels and keep blood pressure in check.
